Job Description
● Meats are cut, ground, and ready for sale.
● Making sure displays and signage are accurate and appealing, as well as cleaning and
maintaining tools and equipment.
● Product weighing, packaging, pricing, and display.
● Maintaining accounts, spending plans, and stock.
● Evaluating the quality of meats and other items.
● Order confirmation and negotiation with suppliers.
● Following sanitation and food safety regulations.
● Greeting and conversing with clients, giving counsel, responding to inquiries, and taking
orders or payments.
● Coordinating order pickups or deliveries.
Skills And Requirements
● Education, experience cooking, or knowledge of meat preparation.
● Ability to operate in frigid conditions, handle large objects, stand or walk for extended
periods of time, and utilize hand tools.
● Frequently, more training is necessary.
● Knowledge of the methods and cuts used in meat preparation.
● Strong task management, customer service, and communication skills.
