- By feeding one or more candy processing and packaging equipment and carrying out any combination of the following duties, one or more candy production establishments are assisted, either individually or as interchangeable crew members.
- Off bears, separates, counts, or eliminates ingredients and completed or unfinished confectionery products.
- Using a dolly or hand truck, move moulds, candy trays, and supplies between the storage, processing, and packing facilities.
- assembles bulky products into bags, places toys or prizes inside of containers, and packs, labels, or assembles cartons for shipping.
- Forms or assembles confectionery products on a table or assembly line, carrying out tasks like pressing candy onto wafers to make candy waffles and sprinkling sugar on gum candies before cutting.
- Empties, washes, or brushes cooking, shaping, and baking utensils, trays, containers, and equipment.
