Job Description
- Operate and maintain the pot-washing machinery. Meet both regulatory and company standards for a safe and clean working environment.
- Candidates must carry out general cleaning, including sweeping, mopping up, washing up, and emptying rubbish bins and boxes, ensuring placement in the correct container (i.e. making sure everything goes in their appropriate place).
- Keep the kitchen and all back-of-house areas clean by ensuring that other buildings are kept up to date with the cleaners.
- Maintain a healthy work atmosphere when handling hazardous substances and be mindful of all aspects of Health and Safety requirements.
