In 1977, the Attard brothers started doing odd painting and plastering jobs at 19 before they had their first construction job in 1978. This was when the Attard Brothers became a business.
Michael and Sander started their business transportation with two trucks and ten employees. Mgarr family garage quickly became successful and later moved into a bigger space. The family has stayed there ever since. In its first few years, the company offered aid to people living in or in need. They took on a large number of housing and schools for people.
In 1986, the company became large and employed over 200 people. However, by 1990 Michael Caldron took charge of the company and decided to go it alone. Michael was ahead of his time in seeking out investment opportunities, and the demand he saw for the product turned out to be justified.
We innovate and design while maintaining our commitment to the Group. We now employ 380 people in over 8 different departments, such as admin, construction, production, sales, and retail.

Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Forklift Driver who is motivated and passionate about handling forklifts.
- You will be responsible for all day-to-day yard operations, including restocking materials, unloading containers, and cleaning the yard.
- Maintenance and cleaning are essential for Lifter equipment. Lifting equipment like the Lifter needs to be cleaned periodically.
- You must ensure that the yard is well-maintained and organized, including restocking material and unloading containers.
- Able to unload the orders and manage any damage that comes with it.
- To work in a customer-driven business, you must be an excellent communicator and relate to people well.
Requirements
- You will also need to be physically fit to lift and carry 25kg bags and 40kg membrane rolls.
- The candidate must have a license to use a forklift.
- Candidates should present themselves politely, be professional, and show good stamina when facing difficult situations.
- Giving professionals the freedom to work autonomously while having trained and competent team members.
- The successful candidate must have exceptional language and interpersonal skills.
