Job Description

- Responsible for coordinating with the sales team to create events to fulfil client demands.
- Works closely with the sales team to create events for clients. They are responsible for planning a custom experience, offering necessary suggestions, and meeting specific customer demands.
- Manage the conference and banqueting department by leading its members, and setting recruitment, training, and employment standards as necessary.
- Work with other facilities managers across operations to ensure they can effectively use resources.
- Needs to integrate the corporate event and banquet arm at our company. They will have a significant role in driving department operations to ensure success.
- Individuals must have an outgoing personality and be creative, be able to work flexible hours and have guest service as their highest priority.
Requirements
- Managers must be outgoing, have strong people skills, and have leadership experience within a five-star hotel.
