Job Description
● Create on-site designs for building jobs such as cabinetry, framing, and others.
● Before beginning work, interpret client requests and present mockups for approval.
● Depending on demand, construct cabinets, vanities, tub and shower surrounds, and
other tasks.
● Frame any additional rooms the client could need.
● choosing and checking materials for flaws
● Install the cabinets, the counters, and the trim.
● In renovation projects, adhere to all kitchen and bathroom code standards.
Qualifications and skills
● 1+ years of finish carpentry expertise Added Preferably with 1+ years of rough carpentry
experience
● extensive familiarity with power tools, especially the jigsaw, mitre saw, and skill saw
● having access to reliable transportation to job sites and basic hand tools
● willingness to put in extra time as needed to finish the assignment on schedule
● able to lift at least 80 pounds while utilizing ladders
● understanding of countertop materials and lumber grades
