Job Description
- Keeping track of sales and topping up the store as necessary.
- Directing and educating retail employees.
- Preparing marketing initiatives to advertise new products or promotions.
- Ensuring that the store is clean and organised.
- Settling any disputes between employees and clients and defusing the issue.
Requirements
- Must be prepared and on time.
- Professionally dressed and presented.
- A high school diploma or its equivalent.
- It would be beneficial to have prior retail experience, ideally in a managerial capacity.
- Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking.
- Adept with Microsoft Office.
