Job Description
● Directing all construction-related activities for your own active project, reporting to the
project manager.
● Managing every facet of the construction projects.
● Keeping the project’s plant and materials resources sufficient.
● Self-performing some work’s components.
● Observing and regulating all elements of health and safety.
● Directing and supervising specialized subcontractors.
● Maintaining precise production records, giving updates on finished work, etc.
Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive expertise in a managerial or manufacturing capacity, and ideally, solid bridge construction experience.
- Previous experience working on medium- to large-scale projects with the main contractor.
- Extensive dedication to and knowledge of all issues connected to health, safety, and the environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing your workforce while keeping business restrictions in mind to reach the desired result.
- Prior practical experience managing specialized subcontractors and self-performing projects.
