Job Description
- Understanding and reading technical manuals and blueprints.

- Bending and arranging steel bars, rods, and mesh in accordance with the requirements.
- Using welding and fitting spacers to join steel bars.

- Preparing and adding cement and other concrete mixtures to casts that have been produced.
- Using tools, both hand and power, to carry out daily tasks.
- Assembling and placing steel units, such as bars, plates, and other steel structures.
- Sweeping up after and before work in the work area Understanding and reading technical manuals and blueprints.
- Examining the workspace to estimate the number of items needed.
Qualifications and skills
● High school diploma.
● A steel-fixing apprenticeship is ideal.
● Experience working as a Steel Fixer or in a position equivalent to it in the construction sector.
● Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and industry norms.
● Knowledge of hand power tools, and preparing instruments such as electric rebar cutters, wire rope cutters, and rebar cutting shear.
● Being able to read and comprehend technical drawings and plans.
● Activeness and physical speed are needed.
● Ability to work long hours, with flexibility, and in bad weather.
